Over the past few decades, we’ve witnessed the rise of Gen X, Millennials, Gen Z, and now Gen Alpha. The most noticeable change across these generations has been the rapid evolution of technology and how knowledge is shared, and learning takes place. In such a constantly evolving educational landscape, it’s essential for schools to adapt and innovate. At Geethaanjali, we’ve embraced a two-pronged approach: creating dynamic learning spaces and continuously updating our teaching methodologies. We have created a host of new learning spaces – such as the amphitheatre, atelier, media centre, improved library, AI-Labs and revamped playgrounds. These spaces are made truly effective with well-designed learning activities and creative uses, which significantly enhance the learning experience and foster deeper student engagement.

As part of our ongoing efforts to innovate, we continuously update our teaching methodologies. Our approach is centered around creatively teaching to student-centric learning outcomes. Our teachers define and redefine learning outcomes for each class and subject. Based on these outcomes we create our own lesson plans and supplementary materials, tailored to the current cohort of students. A distinctive feature of our approach is the emphasis on engaging students in the practical application of these learning outcomes. Our skill-based assessments are designed to directly measure student understanding and the ability to apply what they have learned. We close the learning loop with timely feedback and reassessment to ensure continuous improvement.
